This has been a great class with good information and has the ability to send supervisors and other officers in attendance to go back to work with a positive attitude and use the material to help improve their own areas. The instructor held my attention the entire time.

This course should be attended by every person from entry level to the top supervisor. This course teaches you how to effectively and realistically treat people, from peers, subordinates, and those we have contact with on a daily basis.
