Description
This training explores how neurodiversity shows up in the workplace and what supervisors, managers, and leaders can do to build more inclusive, effective teams. Participants will examine how differences in communication, attention, sensory needs, and social expectations can be misunderstood as performance or behavior concerns, and how leadership practices can either reduce or reinforce stigma. The session emphasizes practical ways leaders can set clear expectations, shape team norms, invite different forms of participation, and create conditions where people can contribute their strengths. The focus is not on diagnosing individuals, but on leading teams with greater clarity, flexibility, trust, and respect.
