He also served as a State Department contractor in the Middle East for 3 years, gaining invaluable insight into Middle Eastern culture and its nuances, which he incorporates into his training.
Curtis has held diverse roles throughout his career, including positions in SWAT, Narcotics Investigations, K9 Operations, and as Chief of Police, spending over 20 years in specialized law enforcement units. A certified K9 Kennel Master, firearms instructor, and expert in deployment tactics, he has trained hundreds of law enforcement officers across the country, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience.
In addition to leading instruction, Curtis contributes to course development and operational planning for Triple I Solutions, ensuring law enforcement professionals receive comprehensive, effective training tailored to their unique challenges.
