Michael S. Kelly has over twenty two years of law enforcement experience. During his career, Sgt Kelly has been assigned to the Patrol and Investigation Divisions. He is the prior President of the New Jersey Association of Drug Recognition Experts. He has been involved in over 400 Drug Recognition Evaluations and DWI arrests. Sgt. Kelly has extensive training in drug impairment and enforcement. He has been an instructor for Delaware Highway Traffic Safety DRE School, Massachusetts Highway Traffic Safety DRE School, Connecticut Highway Traffic Safety DRE School, Virginia ARIDE and New Jersey State Police DRE schools.
