Great interaction and learning experience
I found the instructors to be knowledgeable and informative.
Very informative, changed my perspective as a supervisor and opened my eyes to the roles you really have in a department
Course content was relative, current, and well presented.
Good class, well run.
Instructors were great and the class was very informative.
World class training from leading experts in the field.
The class was different that the usual leadership classes that focus on things like Maslow's hierarchy of needs or DISC and hit topics and provided suggestions that I can actually bring back to use in my day to day role as a sergeant.
Professional instructional staff with numerous years of experience who are dedicated to improving our skill set and better our carrears.
Provided examples of how to deal with different issues that supervisors deal with each day. Information was helpful on how to deal with different types of employees.
Great class! Very informative with knowledgeable instructors.
I feel fortunate to have taken this course. I will bring back to my department the lessons learned. Thank you
