It was a very eye-opening class. It changed the way I engage in relationship with others and has helped me to see people for who they really are by the way they communicate verbally and non-verbally.

Shawn is extremely knowledgeable and provided more ways to think outside the box when it comes to our own behavior when interacting with the public! Amazing class!

The class may start of slow or dry but the instructor is building a foundation that becomes evident and you understand everything by the end of the class.
