I've been waiting for this class for a few years now, I knew from past reviews that it would be a great class but I absolutely couldn't imagine the vast amount of information that I received during this course! This is absolutely one of the best classes I've taken and has given me an incredible amount of knowledge on Cartels and recognizing indicators, I would highly recommend this class to everyone from patrol, to specialized units like gangs or interdiction, and especially narcotics!

The Cartel Traps "Basics" provided a good general overview of locations and how to clear them. I look forward to attending Cartel Traps for a more in depth course.

This is a great entry level basic vehicle search course. A well laid out and easy to follow lesson plan.

I attended the Vigilance Project-Understanding the Mexican Cartels and Narco Cultura course. One of the standout features of this class was the way the Victor broke down complex concepts into digestible pieces. Victor is truly passionate about the course, and it shows in the way he taught it. Victor made sure we are equipped to avoid being blindsided. The course provided not only valuable insights but also real, factual information (up to date information). I feel more confident in my understanding of Narco Cultura and Mexican Cultura after attending this course! I HIGHLY, recommend this course.

Trying to explain how great the class of Understanding the Mexican Cartels would be a disservice to everyone. It’s a
Course that everyone in law enforcement should take. As a Detective, this course was not only was it informative but it was the piece of the puzzle missing to one of my investigations. Victor used case law used to explain but the man himself has field experience that no one else can provide.

I thought I knew a lot about Narco culture, but I was wrong by miles and really didn’t know a thing about the trends and how eveything (logos) is pretty much high jacked to make it their own n to send is a message is absolutely mind blowing! It is extremely exciting to go out on the streets and actually keeping an eye on everting that I just learn is what I look forward to the most!

The training course explains the true difference from Mexican culture, Religion and what is shown to be Narco Culture and how to separate them. The course helps show how to become more vigilant and see the FTO’s are within plain sight if you pay attention.

This course is a huge benefit to understanding not only how narcotics are produced and distributed but also a huge tool on understanding how criminal organizations were created, divided and how they are evolving throughout the world. I would highly recommend this course to someone looking to target criminal interdiction and for someone that may need help on identifying indicators that are out in our communities. Victor truly displays his knowledge and devotion to the subject and it will definitely benefit me!!
