Absolutely incredible. One of the best trainings I've ever had the privilege of being apart of. So much of Heather's story rings true for so many women, her courage, brave y, conviction in the face of so much opposition is an inspiration and despite the many struggles, she is

still shows gratitude towards those (men and women)

I believe every woman in law enforcement should have the privilege to attend one of these events. It was worth every moment and learned so much.

Hearing Heather speak was like having a big sister you didn’t know you needed. Her experiences helped pave the way for the next generation of women in law enforcement and gave us a voice we didn’t know we had.

Heather’s Valor and Virtue course was some of the most empowering, uplifting, and supportive classes/trainings I have ever had. She provided a safe space for all classmates to express vulnerable moments in our life and concerns we may have within our agencies. She is an amazing human who truly exudes positivity and inclusivity. I would recommend this course to any female within law enforcement. It’s the best!

Amazing instructor and story, very inspirational

The instructor was a fabulous presenter and very motivating. She showed how strong people can against a huge amount of obstacles and to never give up. An inspiration to all women and not just those in law enforcement.

Heather shared a variety of stories, both personal and professional, that made the content relatable, relevant, and motivational! She may claim she’s “not an expert” but she knows her stuff - especially the stuff women need to know about in order to self-advocate and succeed in law enforcement.
