This was a good course for me. I enjoyed being able to learn from somebody who does interdiction for a living and not somebody that just gets narcotics on patrol. I would have enjoyed diving more into what types of cars are stopped and the conversation that goes into gaining consent. I did like using actual stops and videos where loads are caught.

Good coarse. As a hostage negotiator we utilize the communication aspects that are used here. I would love to see how to help new officers take this in and be receptive and pro active to this in lower call volume areas or low moral.

Great course, Nick explains the behavior associated with criminal activity in great detail and in a manner that is easily understood.

This class was great. The PowerPoints were very organized and gave a good understanding of the process of interdiction. The use of actual police videos were very helpful to see the topics being implemented. I know there were documents to show the deceptive behavior being articulated in a report but I’d like to hear more of how you articulate these behaviors in reports.

This class had a lot of good information to it. Very knowledgeable in the subject. Very good course layout in how your show what you are teaching.

This was a great class. I enjoyed the portion about human behavior and how to spot deception within verbal communication. I like all the different videos and how they relate to different investigations. I would like to see more information about the baseline questioning and how to expand on that.

Videos were great. Great real world training. Would like to attend another training. Kept class engaging.

Good class. Knowledgeable instructor that relied on real world examples instead of just power points. Showing his actual videos are more beneficial due to him being able to break them down.

Can apply techniques in detective interviews of offenders/suspects.

This was an amazing class. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and had the experience to back up what he was teaching. This class definitely lit a fire under me to get out there and hit the streets hard looking for drugs/money/guns. I will be looking for more of Nick’s classes to attend.

The power point was strong it was direct and very clear. Instructor was great very knowledgeable and was able to articulate everything he was doing during the duration of the traffic stop

This class was very informative, I appreciate seeing the behavior in a real life video. It would be nice to see interviews of examples outside of traffic stops, IE domestics, other felony investigations to see other examples of deceptive behavior.

Nick always puts a great class on was not disappointed!

The address on the flyer was wrong initially.. I would like to see more interviews than just interdiction, maybe other violent offender interviews. Appreciate your time!

Jackson was engaging and a strong presenter. I do appreciate his willingness to work with interruptions from class and be accommodating when students were pulled away for work.

Awesome training

This was a great class. Nick was very informative and articulate. The visual aid helps but the content into perspective.

Great class however I would like to see more NM case law pertaining to the associated topic. Looking forward to your other classes.

Class is great learned a lot. I enjoyed watching the videos of real world interviews and how the material learned in class is applied.

This class gives great information for deception detection. The case studies were very informative and I really enjoyed this class!

Being 8 years on I gained a lot on this class. I have been very interested in interdiction but was missing a piece which I believe was the interview side of things. I believe now adding this to my tool box I will be more productive and excel in this area

Nick is a stellar instructor and left no question unanswered. This class was iconic and is a great step in developing those roadside interviews.

Great class, good info

Great examples of different deceptive/nervous behavior. Also included how to continue questioning when deceptive/nervous behavior is observed.

The course was extremely informative, well-structured, and directly applicable to modern policing. The material was presented in a clear and practical way, making it easy to understand and implement in real-world scenarios. I found the content highly relevant to current law enforcement challenges, and it provided valuable insights that will enhance the effectiveness on the job. Overall, this was a very beneficial training that I would strongly recommend to others.

Great class, really opened my eyes to having interviews with the people in the front seat.

I definitely appreciated this class. I enjoyed watching the videos and stopping at each part to catch all the subtle clues that someone was being deceptive. I appreciate the instruction and the instructor definitely seems knowledgeable and experienced.
