Wide range of topics with knowledgeable instructors.

This was my first conference that I have attended (since I was hired during COVID). I thoroughly enjoyed it and learned a lot. My only critique would be that I would have liked for some of the presentations to be more of a "how to apply this to you or a how this could help you in your field" instead of just "this is what I do" and an information overload without instruction on how to use it/apply it.

Well worth the trip for the knowledge and the networking.

This conference presented by MGIA is year after year is a great refresher for things like gangs 101, but also new material that we so desperately need to keep see on the streets and in our correctional facilities.

Overall I though the course was great

The conference is a great way to learn more about gang activity and trends as well as to make great contacts throughout the states for information sharing.

It was a good conference. The only thing that I would like to see more of would be about gang trends in the Midwest. How the gangs transport drugs and how the gangs network within their criminal enterprise.

MGIA put on a great conference. From the variety of classes to the excellent hospitality they displayed, I was very impressed. Great work by everyone involved.

Enjoyed this training

It was an informative class that helped me with knowledge related to phone pings, social media warrants, dark web, etc… this class helped broaden my knowledge and the instructor was very helpful!

Came out of it with some new and important info

Very educational on the aspects on how an illegal game room operates. I would've liked to see a subject on how to work a case. I.E. what to include in a search warrant, or verbiage to use in reports or search warrants.

Great class picking up on behavior. Shows amazing ways of talking and communicating with people. Only thing I’d love more of is watching the car behavior and picking of cars to stop.

Great class, definitely opens up on what clues to observe whether verbal or non verbal. Anyone looking
to be proactive should take the class. On critic is that is was had to hear nick over the videos when they was playing.

Concise basic info for managing CI’s.
