Instructors Steve and Joey were excellent. While it was a Critical Incident class, it contained the best and simplest ICS explanation I’ve seen in 10 years. Would recommend.

I attended a Front-Line Supervisor course 7 years before through a different training company. That course was all theory - you should do it this way, but nobody really does… The instructors in this course provided real-world problems with real-world answers. Very useful information with very relatable instructors.

I thought this course was very informative. This course helps you to be more proactive in your leadership versus reactive.

This was a great class for inspiring future supervisors. All chain of command should take this class because we do have some supervisors that don’t follow the positive leadership of their subordinates. This will lead to better morale, productivity, conduct, and leadership.
