Well done! Instructors were clear and interesting. Well put together material.

The training attacks every level of leadership. The training spoke on both formal and informal leaders and how to place people who are directly under your leadership in a position to succeed. The trainers come with tons of knowledge and experience and we’re about to correlate lessons with their own experiences.

This class has helped broaden my understanding of what it means to be a supervisor. There are a lot of issues that I have wondered how to handle, and this class provided me with guidelines on what to do.

It was very good having people from other agencies in the class. It shows difference perspectives. As instructors sharing personal stories was definitely a plus. The content in the class gave me some great ideas of how to become a better leader not just a sergeant.

As a new Patrol Sergeant, the class was very helpful with identifying the things I need to do and learn.

A well-structured class taught by highly respected and successful supervisors at each of their respective agencies. Each instructor did a great job with presenting and troubleshooting common issues they encountered as first line supervisors and provided great pointers and lessons that I am trying to implement at my own department. Would absolutely recommend.

As a 23 year veteran of law enforcement, this was the most informative class on leadership I have attended. Captain Rizzo was best instructor I have had in my career.

Tom is a fantastic teacher! Very passionate, knowledgeable, inspiring, and engaging.

First off addressing the awesome human being giving us the class, Tom Rizzo. Great person very down to earth. Highly recommend this class to all levels of Law Enforcement from 1 year to 30 years of LEO exposure. Enough to press the mental reset button, stimulate love for the job, and one another.

Phenomenal course!!

Tom know’s his stuff, and it’s obvious that it’s from real experience, not just books and videos. This is a real leadership class with practical things to take back and incorporate in my department. It opened my eyes to my leadership capabilities, and my peers. Will suggest more of my department find this class and attend.

Absolutely awesome class! I wish I would have heard these things early on in my career. I hope to be able to use this in my next career.
