Ivory Tower should be promoted in every dept the same way other programs are. The perspective and insight it gives for every level of policing is invaluable!

This class has shown me how to become a better supervisor among patrol officers. It has shown me how to open my eyes and view my actions through the eyes of my subordinates. It has taught me to hold myself more accountable for the overall well being of my shift/dept.

Captain Rizzo’s IVORY Tower speaks to the current climate in law enforcement and leadership unlike other courses. The course is engaging and provocative, yielding many actionable strategies especially for emerging leaders. When applied, his principles can yield meaningful progress to the profession at large.

This has been a class I’ve been wanting to attend for some time and it certainly did not disappoint. It’s a refreshing view of leadership in our industry. Everyone, not just brass and admin should be taking this class. We all need to be on the same page to effectively lead.

First took this class in 2018, sat in again today. Tom is an amazing instructor who is passionate about creating good leaders. I recommend this class to all officers regardless of the rank to improve their skills as a leader.
