I attended this class because I was interested in bringing it to my agency. While this class is geared towards women in law enforcement there are numerous great lessons and takeaways for male officers and supervisors.

Instructors kept the day interesting throughout the entire 4 days. Material was relevant and up to date.

A great class, some of the things seemed great in theory, but not practical to our department and the way it’s structured.

Outstanding class that gives new supervisors a strong foundation to start their role as a Sergeant within their agency.

Great Training, engaging instructors

The instructor was a fabulous presenter and very motivating. She showed how strong people can against a huge amount of obstacles and to never give up. An inspiration to all women and not just those in law enforcement.
