Class was extremely helpful for me being a young supervisor in how to emphasize that even though objective standards must be met in the workplace, showing a little compassion goes a long way as well.

The class was great. This was my second time going through a J. Harris Training course. They bring knowledgeable instructors with real world experience, not just war stories that you can’t apply after the training.

K9 Management class was extremely informative. Jim was a wealth of knowledge and was very professional. The class opens your eyes to liability that is potential within your unit. The class also assisted with making k9 team selection more clear.
