Amazing class.

We’ll presented ideas that many subordinates would want supervisors and administration to understand. Paramount among those would be increased conscientiousness and decreased narcissism.

Tom was very personable and dynamic; he had a lot to pass on to us. I entered the class believing I was a good supervisor, but I now feel I have a lot more tools to better lead and support my officers.
