Instructor Jim Harris was an extremely intelligent individual. He was informative and relayed the information in a way that everyone would understand no matter their experience in dispatching. I would 100% recommend this class to someone whether they are a dispatcher for 2 years or 20.

Instructors did a well job.

The class was interesting, with good video/audio examples. Both instructors were entertaining.

Maggie and Chris did a fantastic job presenting the information and kept it interesting by involving everyone in the class and by providing video and audio calls.
