Educational, inspirational, motivational course taught by pleasant on the eyes instructor. I left the class feeling like my batteries have been recharged and I had motivation of rookie cop. I have gained the knowledge and insight of the deceptive behavior and humbly took the tips suggested in this class to be a better cop. 9am to 5pm class flew by like it's was only seconds.
