This course is very beneficial. Learning about case law and the updates is nothing but helpful. The instructors were informative on the subject matter and could explain my questions.

Applicable case law / learning material and personable instructors with credibility and a working knowledge of the material they are presenting.

Only suggestion, Maybe walk the class through exactly what to do if dog bites someone during criminal apprehension( it was talked about, but maybe walk through the whole process of what you have done in the past ). Sgt. Daughton has credibility and style in his teaching. He brings a real-world police perspective. He diligently presented not only the current case law, but the most recent updates. Sgt. Daughton’s knowledge is punctuated by colorful visual aids and a very witty sense of humor. My Shift and I were truly grateful to him.

The course is great for general overview of proactive policing. It covers many facets in a short amount of time and does so very streamlined. I feel like this course had things to teach everyone, from the new officer to someone who has been on for a decade plus.

The conference was very interesting, various topics involving Auto Crimes investigations were covered by SME’s from all over with various experience.

This is a great presentation for those interested in looking for stolen/revinned vehicles and knowing what you have when you find one.

An excellent seminar based on significant auto theft investigative experience. Cory spoke well and kept the audience engaged for thr whole day.
