Mr. Jerman was obviously very knowledgeable about the material. He spoke clearly and was very organized. There was a great deal of material covered, but he gave us enough information to follow up on the different areas. Overall it was an amazing overview of the potential investigative tools.

Cameron did a great job with explaining the content in this course. In depth look into how to create online accounts, what to look for when speaking with subjects and how to close cases.

I regularly conduct open source analysis as part of my daily duties. I have been looking to improve my skill set in order to conduct more proactive investigations. This course definitely covers areas where I was lacking. The tips on creating more effective UC accounts will be utilized for creating new accounts in the future.

This course was extremely informative, educational, not boring, and very cool. I’ve never attended a course like this or have been shown how to really use social media to my advantage in LE. Very awesome.
