Alot of quality information packed into 4 day course. Would recommend to all officers in supervisor positions.

Very informative and extremely engaging subjects. Instructor welcomes conversation which makes it better then simply a “Next Slide” course. Phil Rizzo has great stories and is very open to conversation based on subjects. He takes the time to offer problem saving skill due to his extensive LEO experience which is also very helpful. His personality quickly helps to fade the quick “nobody knows anyone in here” feeling and everyone walks out with a more extensive network which can be attributed to his instruction.

Absolutely a great course! Does not spend the entire week discussing typical first-line supervisory topics, DISC, Maslow's Hierarchy, etc. Topics discussed were relevant and practical to developing first-line supervisory skills. Instructors were phenomenal!
