My general understanding of crucial Attorney General Guidelines was greatly increased.

Great instruction retained a lot for the job and promotional exam.

This course is current supervisors, as well as, upcoming leaders who want to learn to grow and assist their agency and peers.

Good training for entry level

A course like this should be mandatory for anyone wanting to transition to a first line supervisor.

Great interactive course. I loved the open dialogue with the instructor. I learned a lot by the instructor’s teaching style and appreciated that it was not a “death by power point” training.

Every supervisor, or person wanting to promote in their career, should attend this class.

Instructor provided relatable and first hand examples that added to the overall course. The topics in the training were beneficial. I enjoyed having the slides with the ability to
take notes along with the presentation.

This was by far one of the best courses I’ve been to. The instructor was engaging and helpful, and had real life experience to draw from.
