Valuable course with very knowledgeable instructors

The course is great for officers to understand how use of force situations are analyzed. Most officers don’t understand the case law that gives us rules and guidance on use of force. The human performance factors are a great addition to the course. The course could be three days to expand on the human performance factors and articulation.

Collin was an incredible instructor and very knowledgeable. The course was thourough and helped clarify the Use of Force Policy. Would absolutely attend another J.Harris course.

The training attacks every level of leadership. The training spoke on both formal and informal leaders and how to place people who are directly under your leadership in a position to succeed. The trainers come with tons of knowledge and experience and we’re about to correlate lessons with their own experiences.

This class has helped broaden my understanding of what it means to be a supervisor. There are a lot of issues that I have wondered how to handle, and this class provided me with guidelines on what to do.
