The course is great for officers to understand how use of force situations are analyzed. Most officers don’t understand the case law that gives us rules and guidance on use of force. The human performance factors are a great addition to the course. The course could be three days to expand on the human performance factors and articulation.

The course was broken down very well, all the levels of subjects, use of force options were clear in each situation and a ton of great recommendations and best practices. Great group reviews and Colin really delivered the material well.

This course provides excellent information essential to law enforcement personnel at all levels. Instructors Collin Congleton and J. Harris do an outstanding job of presenting the material in a way that is easy to comprehend and apply to LE work, both at the ground level of front line officers, up through supervisory and review-board levels. I would highly recommend this course not just for the operational health of an organization, but also to vastly improve its public relations stance. All too frequently, the term "transparency" is thrown around, whether it be from the organization touting it or the public demanding more. Typically, this transparency is concerning use of force incidents. Even the abbreviated version of this course offers an excellent roadmap to fully embracing that transparency through top-notch illustration of training guidlines and instruction and comprehensive incident review. I look very forward to exploring the rest of their training catalog.

This was one of the best training classes I've attended in my years of Law Enforcement. Provided updates, case law, and new laws is something all LEO should be knowledgeable in. The Instructors were professional and extremely well spoken.
