Great perspective for leadership in law enforcement. Interactive instructors who use real life examples. Definitely not a death by PowerPoint class

I really enjoyed this course and the perspective it provided. It was valuable to learn how another department handles the business of policing in their community and to compare those practices to our own. I especially appreciated the focus on law, communication, and conversation, and how effective dialogue can be used to strengthen officers, leadership, and the department as a whole. The material was practical, relatable, and immediately applicable to everyday policing.
