About Midwest Gang Investigators Association
The Midwest Gang Investigators Association (MGIA), formed in 1987, is an organization representing 12 states throughout the Midwest. We have State Chapters in Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Kentucky with over 2,000 members. MGIA provides a collaborative association whose mission is in developing and recommending strategies to prevent and control gang crime, administer professional training, and assist criminal justice professionals regarding gangs in their communities. Working with the National Alliance of Gang Investigators' Associations (NAGIA), MGIA is a unique alliance of criminal justice professionals dedicated to the promotion and coordination of national, state, and local anti-gang strategies and initiatives.

Great team presenting! Great networking!
Great conference this year
There was a lot of good information that was presented during this conference. Also, the ability to meet others from different States or Counties was beneficial to build relations and learning as well.
Great class with a lot of networking opportunities.
This training is not only recommended for the information and venders, but also for the networking and information sharing among attendees.
Overall, another great National Conference put on by our MGIA Indiana Chapter. The presentation were amazing and very informative. Great hospitality by all law enforcement and corrections personnel from Indiana.
Conference was valuable as it provides the ability to gain a large network of officers across the US.
This conference is a perfect environment for training and networking. I highly recommend it!
