This is very cop based. I feel as if everyone told story and there wasn't any "training". I'm not sure how to fix this, just my view.

I thought the training was exceptional, the instructors were knowledgeable, and the subject matter relevant to the challenges faced by today’s law enforcement. I found the networking extremely beneficial and look forward to collaborating in the future.

Course is a great introduction for new law enforcement officers and to update information for veteran officers.
Course helps officers networks with each other through out the Midwest but helps inform officers what is going on through out the United States.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with some of the training topics. For being a gang conference we hoped all the topics would be more focused on gangs and gang investigations. Venue was great along with networking with LEOS from surrounding jurisdictions.
