This one-day program provides a comprehensive overview on how to collaborate with school officials when conducting investigations, searches, and threat assessments. Topics covered include investigating marijuana violations, when school officials are required to notify law enforcement, conducting searches and interviews with school officials while staying within lawful boundaries, investigating threats and threat assessment, current active shooter/killer trends, bullying incidents versus criminal conduct, active shooter signs, de-escalation techniques for kids and much more.
