This class has changed my perspective in my everyday patrol work. Traffic stops, consensual encounters, and even calls for service will be handeled differently

The format of the class was fantastic. I really appreciated how the class progressed as if you were on a traffic stop. Bauer ability to explain RS was so simple, and seeing the videos in real time as he developed RS was priceless.
