Reviews for this course
I think the whole course was beneficial. Provided good information about articulating things you see and pointing out how the small details matter.
Great class
Compounds experience with tactics for on and off duty.
Very informative and interactive class. I took a lot away from this class and look forward to apply the knowledge learned on the streets.
The class was a very good class and my favorite I’ve attended. It was very informative and related really well to the job and real life.
An amazing class Cook is a fountain of knowledge. I really enjoyed his class!
Incredible class. Highly recommend
The Proper Patrol Tactics class was informative and well-structured. We covered case law, probable cause, and reasonable suspicion, then closed with an important discussion on officer wellness. Instructor Dakota Cook was knowledgeable and made the material personal and easy to relate to real-life patrol work. Overall, it was a great reminder of both sound tactics and self-care in the field.
The course was very eye-opening and impactful. It started slower than expected, but I quickly learned it is designed that way. Definitely a must-have for cops of all tenures who are looking for ways to enhance their knowledge and abilities.
Very good class. This class was more of an introduction course I felt like. The instructor was very knowledgeable over the material and passionate. I would like to see more on body language and street survalence for a patrol officer.
This class is highly informative and has taught things that tenured LEOs in my agency did not know. As a rookie officer, it has given me more motivation to be proactive because I've learned more of what to look for. I highly recommend this class to any and all LEOs.
I really appreciated this class and the info in it. Lots of examples to use and case law. Dakota was very knowledgeable and kept the class engaging. I only felt the slide show was a little all over and could possibly be organized better.
