Great informative class, very detailed

This course clarified, confirmed, and dispelled my understanding of Mexican culture and Narco-cultura. I find this extremely applicable to interdiction work for uniformed units who don’t know what they are walking into.

As an intelligence supervisor this course is so important. Having analysts understand what they will be looking at in the world of social media or through evidence photos is imperative for a successful investigation.

Victor put on an amazing course that allowed me to learn about Narco Culture and truly opened my eyes to what actually goes on. He spoke with confidence and was able to reach us some of the things that we have been taught incorrectly from other classes. I was very uneducated when I arrived at this class on the vast number of these Transnational Criminal Organizations. Phenomenal presentation of how the history of these organizations. Also great way to get rid of these biases of how things were depicted as "cartel" but are truly religious. Overall amazing class!

Victor is extremely knowledgeable of Mexican Culture and Narcos. It was a lot and will do my best to retain most of it. I have learned a great amount that I will apply to work.
