Description
This groundbreaking 4.5 day intensive program is designed exclusively for female law enforcement officers and investigators entering or advancing in undercover work and investigations. This is the second annual WUIT. Developed by a trailblazer who broke barriers in male-dominated covert operations, this course addresses the unique challenges, opportunities, and strategies specific to women in undercover roles and those that participate in the investigations.
Through real-world scenarios, practical exercises, and peer-to-peer learning, participants will build the confidence, tactical skills, and operational knowledge necessary to excel in undercover assignments - all while prioritizing personal safety and professional integrity.
The program also explores the complex realities of being a woman both on and off duty, including mental health, resiliency, and the support networks essential to thriving as a female first responder.
Undercover work is a team effort. This training isn't just for the 'primary UC' - we welcome officers, detectives, analysts, case managers, office staff, report writers, and women supervisors who want to strengthen their understanding and support of covert operations.
Recognizing a critical need, Jenn has made it her mission to provide specialized training for women in undercover roles - programs that build technical expertise while also addressing the unique dynamics and challenges women face in the field. This is a non-judgemental, all experiences, all ranks welcome environment. The best way we can learn is from each other and in a safe atmosphere.
