About Brady Bailey, Michael Guzman & Jeramy Ellison

Officer Bailey is a law enforcement officer with a focus on teaching interdiction tactics, drawing from real-world experience gained through numerous drug investigations independently and in collaboration with federal agencies. This training is designed to help newer officers build confidence, strengthen their understanding of case law, and gain insight into the prosecution side of interdiction work. Officer Bailey emphasize the foundational steps for those new to interdiction, using his own body camera footage and personal experiences to illustrate what to look for, hear, and even smell—in real-time scenarios. This practical approach ensures officers are better prepared to conduct lawful, effective interdiction stops from the ground up.

Michael Guzman is an accomplished patrol officer with over 10 years of road experience and is still working patrol today. Michael has worked for two departments and currently patrols one of Texas’ largest cities. Knowing that all criminals must get from point A to point B and back again, Michael has developed the skills needed to interdict those preying on our communities. Michael has continually led his departments in felony arrests and has received multiple awards for his work in criminal interdiction. Michael is a firm believer that officers do not need to be in a specialized unit to be proactive and make a difference. He strives to show patrol officers that nearly every crime imaginable can be uncovered by a determined, pro-active patrol officer.

Jeramy Ellison, is an Army Combat Veteran who served overseas in Iraq in 2009. He is the Owner and Founder of Dynamic Police Training & VOCC, LLC. With over 14 years of Law Enforcement experience in Texas & Illinois, Jeramy has seized millions of dollars in U.S currency, over a ton of narcotics, and a staggering amount of hidden compartments in passenger motor vehicles, commercial trucks, and buses. Jeramy is considered an expert witness in criminal interdiction and hidden compartments, and his work has been nationally recognized.

In 2014, Jeramy's bust was aired live on Fox News, where he seized 111 pounds of methamphetamine from a compartment built inside a gas tank of a passenger motor vehicle. He prides himself on making self-initiated "cold" traffic stops and working all his criminal interdiction cases from start to finish, gaining a wealth of knowledge in search warrants, felony arrest warrants, civil asset forfeitures, case law, and other valuable assets.

Jeramy's hard work in criminal interdiction has resulted in hundreds of criminal interdiction cases and has made significant contributions to the greater good of the United States and the world. He holds an instructor license through the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Education (TCOLE) and takes pride in teaching others in the interdiction community and around the world.
