With 25 years of Law Enforcement experience, the instructor brings extensive operational and leadership expertise in Patrol, Criminal Investigations, and Team Supervision. Throughout a distinguished career, he served in a variety of specialized assignments, developing a comprehensive understanding of proactive policing, complex investigations, and collaborative Law Enforcement operations.

As a Detective assigned to the Vice, Intelligence, and Narcotics (VIN) Unit, the instructor investigated organized criminal activity, narcotics trafficking, and intelligence-driven cases. He later served as a Task Force Officer with the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), working as part of the South Florida High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) initiative. In this role, he participated in complex, multi-Agency operations targeting drug trafficking organizations and transnational criminal networks, contributing to high priority cases classified as Attorney General Exempted Operations (AGEO) and working on several Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF).

In addition to extensive investigative experience, the instructor supervised Law Enforcement personnel, managed operational teams, and coordinated investigative and enforcement initiatives while serving in leadership roles. He retired with the rank of Sergeant after a career dedicated to public safety, professional excellence, and mentoring the next generation of Law Enforcement Officers.

Drawing on a quarter century of real-world experience, the instructor delivers practical training focused on Counterdrug Operations – Patrol Interdiction, Specialized Units, Asset Forfeiture, Money Laundering, and Report Writing.
