Instructor Jim Harris was an extremely intelligent individual. He was informative and relayed the information in a way that everyone would understand no matter their experience in dispatching. I would 100% recommend this class to someone whether they are a dispatcher for 2 years or 20.

Real life scenarios were helpful

Tim and Amy are wonderful instructors with tons and tons of knowledge and dedication to the students attending the class. The presentation of the material in the class really gets you thinking about different scenarios you would run into on a day to day basis and how you would approach them.

Instructor knowledgeable , articulate and professional . Roll play and material appropriate for this course.
