This training is essential for security professionals. It emphasizes de-escalation as the first response, giving practical communication and conflict-resolution strategies to prevent situations from escalating. The program also clearly explains the legal limits of force and stresses using only what is necessary and proportionate.

This course taught me everything I needed to know and more for my upcoming security position. Extremely friendly instructors and great in depth reviews of all the subjects taught. Could not ask for a better experience.
