That class overall was well informative. All information was up to date. Great scenarios and great dialogue in regards to critical situations. Overall I recommend every supervisor to come to this class.

Class was very informative especially on the barricaded subjects topics. Leaving the class I felt more prepared to respond to and lead in critical incidents.

Good use of “older” cases to show relation to the application of incident management in todays climate.

De-escalation by far is not a new concept but this class is the first of my experience to call it an outcome versus a tactic. In the event of an immediate threat use of force is still required but at the end of the incident everyone will still need to deescalate back to “normal” operating mode.
