The class gave a great overview of negotiations and tactics to utilize. I think it’ll be a good foundational course for anyone looking to get involved in negotiations.

View ClassAcceptable class. Appeared to be a continuation of basic dispatcher course for those with experience. Felt
More reminded of things and reinforcement then learned any new information.
Class was very informative and engaging.
View ClassVinnie is a great instructor and the course material was solid.
View ClassClass is very beneficial and gives you a good understanding of the initial response to a barricaded subject.
View ClassGood class, bridges the gap between the patrol supervisor and tactical commander.
View ClassGood use of “older” cases to show relation to the application of incident management in todays climate.
View ClassDe-escalation by far is not a new concept but this class is the first of my experience to call it an outcome versus a tactic. In the event of an immediate threat use of force is still required but at the end of the incident everyone will still need to deescalate back to “normal” operating mode.
