De-Escalation Training Reviews

The class gave a great overview of negotiations and tactics to utilize. I think it’ll be a good foundational course for anyone looking to get involved in negotiations.

De-escalation by far is not a new concept but this class is the first of my experience to call it an outcome versus a tactic. In the event of an immediate threat use of force is still required but at the end of the incident everyone will still need to deescalate back to “normal” operating mode.
