First took this class in 2018, sat in again today. Tom is an amazing instructor who is passionate about creating good leaders. I recommend this class to all officers regardless of the rank to improve their skills as a leader.

The course was spot on to addressing things I see in my own agency. It gave an insight to better accomplish goals while helping to keep perspective.

Great class to attend, especially administrators. Tom gives you all the tools to have a successful department.
