Great course , very uplifting … all supervisors should attend this course!

This was a great class that will undoubtably not only create the positive culture change in the individual perspective but have an even bigger impact on police culture as a whole. Truly appreciate your lessons and passion for creating the perspective and change we hope to continue to mold for others.

Every Chief of Police should be mandated to attend Ivory Tower.

Motivating. Instructor is energetic and keeps your interest the entire day. May sound cheesy, but I feel like the class/instructor has stoked my emotional and career fire that I felt was at a standstill or had been slowly going out over the last few years. A push to keep moving forward, you'll always have that 5% of naysayers, but it's only 5%.

Eye opening to individuals feeling at a cross roads in their career.

It’s very important in today’s day in age to be stay positive to finish out a career without getting burnt out by simple things that can be avoided. The open relationship between the field units and supervisors is often overlooked and could be the important link in the chain to success.

Very grounded and to the realities of this professional. This training was a prime example of addressing the elephant in the room related to policing

Tom does a great job with this course with his engagement, spark, and passion for helping other police officers. Tom provided countless opportunities for growth for the classroom that I know I will use throughout the rest of my career and personal life. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to grow as a police officer, leader, and human.
