I am not a big fan of classroom training but this course was excellent and I would recommend this training for any officer in a supervisor position

The course was well taught and the instructors hit many different points. There was a broad range of topics discussed during the class.

This is a great course. But needs to be geared more to people seeking to become first line supervisors prior to promotion. And supervisor who recently have been promoted.

The course was rich in knowledge and especially the open conversations were very helpful to apply the class to the kob.

This class is needed and a helpful for the nuances as a first line supervisor. Helpful with the do’s and don’ts as a first line supervisor. Appreciate the proactive approach in supervising by observation instead of supervising by administration.
