I recently completed an instructor development course, and I found it to be incredibly valuable. The course provided a comprehensive overview of teaching strategies, effective communication, and classroom management.

This class should be mandated for any new Sergeants and was instructed by extremely experienced people. Highly recommended!

Instructors were well prepared and provided great detail on each topic. It was not a read off the slide class. I have been a sergeant for a little over 2 years and this provided additional ways to help Officers assigned to me and help with tracking positive and areas that need work,

Both instructors were great, they explained everything clearly. Besides the videos ,they also use personal events throughout their careers as examples. Overall the course was well designed.
