Class is very informative about what should be addressed in the topic as a first line supervisor.

The class was an absolute amazing learning tool. I must say the instructors were engaging, encouraging and informative.

This course covered everything pertaining to becoming a supervisor as well how to motivate your employees after becoming part of the command staff.

These officers have a great way of breaking things down and they have a good pulse on policing. This should be implemented yearly with different courses.
