Heather is an amazing representative of not only a leader, but a female leader in law enforcement. This class is inspirational and moves you to think in bigger ways. Heather is exceptional at presentation, makes you feel like you're the only person in the room just having a conversation with her. I always feel like I can conquer the world after seeing her speak. Keep doing this!!!

This was a great class, and very informative. Heather provided her own professional and personal experiences with grace and an attitude of strength. Empowerment of women in law enforcement, especially as supervisors, is very instrumental for female LEOs! Heather knocks it out of the ballpark with this class!!

Heather was an amazing instructor with an impactful personal story which allowed her to draw in the audience. She was strong, emotional, trusting, and impressive, what all women in Law Enforcement should be! Her story was beyond moving and yet that wasn’t even the best part of her….her attitude and positivity for progressive change in Law Enforcement and her journey were even more significant! Every women in LE needs a Heather in their life!

It’s my second time hearing her and I would do it every year as long as I can. I left feeling much more confident in myself. Heather had an excellent presentation. Not only did she share her struggles and her successes, but she really instilled in the class that making excuses is just yourself standing in the way of own success, to treat others with kindness, uplift others instead of criticizing, know your facts before you speak on others and that getting out of your comfort zone really builds confidence. She helped me remember my why, and how I can improve as a person to better help others and why it’s important to put yourself FIRST! She’s amazing, her knowledge and advice is invaluable!!

Great class for women of law enforcement and even men!

Heather’s Valor and Virtue training is a must for any female working in law enforcement. Throughout her training she touches on topics many of us have either experienced or may one day experience in our careers. Her training was a reminder that vulnerability is power, and to always remember why we chose this profession.

Instructor brought the right energy to the table and clearly had the experience to be teaching the class.

I took this class in preparation for future leadership roles within my agency. The roll call section of the class was particularly important because this is an area I would like to change within my agency. Learning how to do this properly was a significant positive regarding this course.

Thank you for the class. The information was useful in understanding best practices and helping me develop my supervisory skills.

This was a great course helped me better understand reasoning and decisions made by my own command staff. I have been a corporal for 6 months in a small agency and have not had much guidance on how to perform my new responsibilities. This class has been great to reinforce what I am already doing right and what areas I need to work on to become a better supervisor.
