The course was a great refresher and provided insight in dealing with common problems occurring within departments across the area whether it be generational learning curves, toxic environments, morale, etc. The course touched base on several topics and ways to deal with them.

I thought this was one of the better classes I have taken. I believe all administrators and supervisors should be taking this class and bringing back valuable information.

This class was informative and made it relatable to the duties of law enforcement officers on scene of a mass casualty incident . The material was well presented and it really was a very thought-provoking class where many different agencies could go through the motion and steps of how to handle a mass violence incident
