I have been bragging about this class the whole day. I love this class. Tom is kind, compassionate, and relatable. He gave me hope for lifestyle changes and changes about my attitude toward work. I pray our leaders take this to heart.

Class was very informative regarding supervision topics that must be considered. I feel that this would’ve been good to have directly after being promoted, but still great information to have.

Great course! Definitely recommend for upper level management. I would just suggest distributing an outline of the course at the beginning of class to make it easier to follow what is discussed.
