It’s the first leadership class I’ve experienced that explored specific examples and techniques to use, especially with the understanding that subordinates come with different levels of experience, personality, motivations, and expectations. The curriculum is thoughtfully-created. Well-done!

Fantastic, comprehensive refresher of very relevant case law. I definitely walked out each day with a much better understanding of the case law that sculpted our profession. The instructor was great. He didn’t just simply read from a PowerPoint. He was interesting and engaging.
