I truly enjoyed this class and the value it brought to supervisory techniques. It’s the first leadership class I’ve experienced that explored specific examples and techniques to use, especially with the understanding that subordinates come with different levels of experience, personality, motivations, and expectations. The curriculum is thoughtfully-created. Well-done!
The course was very informational and answered all questions Injad. Instructors were all very personable.

Awesome course! Should be mandatory for every law enforcement Sergeant or first-line supervisor to attend.
This course showed the why behind some of the things as supervisors we are supposed to do and what to say.
