If this is an area of interest for LE out there, then this class is a must take. Victors knowledge on this subject mind blowing! And then information he provides to the class you will not get that from another instructor who has up to date knowledge on the subject like Victor does. Highly recommend this class!

I have attended multiple law enforcement trainings, from local to county, state and federal. This course was the most engaging, most intriguing and the most valuable training I believe i have ever received. 100% of everything taught was 100% information that I did not know. I would put this course top teir. Victor is the best instructor i have ever had, from my 8 years in the military to my 3 years in policing, absolutely the best. I will continue to attend this course everytime it is available.

This class is a must for any narcotics or gang investigator. By far the best class providing updated information on foreign terrorist organizations and other Mexican transnational criminal organizations.

Victor is very knowledgable and does a great job breaking down MX religion/pop culture versus Narcocultura! The real-life examples set up throughout the room really helped bring it to reality. A great class to attend!

It is an awesome class to attend. It has definitely opened my eyes into the Mexican Cartels and the Narco Culture they embody. I will 100% recommend this class to anyone that is interested in this topic, narcs or regular patrol.

This was the BEST training I have ever gotten in law enforcement! I came into this class thinking that I knew a little bit of these Transnational Criminal Organizations, when in all actuality, I didnt know S#!+. This training opened my eyes to stuff that I had seen in the past and what I am now going to be looking for at all times!

This class was eye opening as pertains to what law enforcement is currently encountering on the streets. After this class I feel confident in my ability to recognize and differentiate religious symbols and meanings from the symbols and meanings hijacked by Criminal Organizations.
